Forthcoming regional IT B2B matchmaking event

Following the last IT to Business event in Sofia, Bulgaria in the beginning of October 2009, the next B2B matchmaking event for IT companies from Eastern Europe will be held in Skopje, Macedonia on April 7 and 8, 2010.

Organizer of the event is the Regional Competitiveness Initiative (RCI) USAID funded project. The regional IT B2B Matchmaking event aims to connect a wide range of IT companies and associations, to provide them with excellent network opportunities for business.

The expectations from the event are to reveal opportunities for cross border and cross sector collaborations in order to improve the regional competitiveness and to set up linkages in:
- the development of joint products and projects;
- potential participation in tenders;
- potential outsourcing projects;
- potential joint participation in EU or other donor funding opportunities.

More than 40 IT companies and IT associations in Eastern Europe were invited to participate in the event.
